You can now connect your iPhone without typing the address, password or PIN: show a QR code in the web and scan it with the app.

The Managed VPS plan is a dedicated server with Rivo that we set up and look after. Your customer account shows the server status, gives SSH access with your key, Stop, Start and Recreate buttons and an action log.

Once a day the Managed VPS data is saved to an encrypted archive off the server: 7 daily and 4 weekly copies. Nothing to set up.

If a new event or a move lands on busy time, Rivo shows what it overlaps with and suggests a free slot. You can still create the event. The assistant, the Telegram bot and the MCP tools check overlaps too.
When the connection drops, the web and the iPhone app show the last loaded data of the key screens, marked with the time it is current for. Once you are back online, the screens refresh by themselves.
Nothing to turn on — it works by default.
When end-to-end encryption is on in the vault, the key to your passwords exists only on your devices. The migration wizard encrypts entries in the browser and checks each one before switching; you can roll back for 14 days. In the web the vault can be unlocked with a passkey.

After the password, sign-in can ask for a code from an authenticator app; recovery codes are issued when you turn it on. Works in the web and in the iPhone app.

An archive with all your data is built in the background and downloaded with one link. A Cloud account can be deleted with a 7-day cancellation period.

The import wizard brings transactions, contacts and tasks over from spreadsheets and bank statements: column mapping, preview, skipping duplicates and rolling an import back.

The dashboard, the iPhone app, emails and notifications are now available in English, and the website lives at /en. The interface language is chosen in settings.

An “is everything fine” summary: syncs, and on your own installation also background jobs, errors, disk space and how fresh the backup is. If something breaks, you get a notification.

Tokens for scripts, bots and MCP are issued with a limited scope, and the API description is available in OpenAPI format.

rivo backup builds an encrypted archive with data and settings, rivo restore brings it back, including onto a new server. A copy is taken automatically before an update.
The “Rivo — passwords” extension now works not only in Chrome but also in Firefox and Safari — installed by hand for now, the steps are in the help centre. Pairing with your Rivo is confirmed with a code from the dashboard.

The bot shows envelopes and the plan with the /envelopes and /plan commands, and an expense can be recorded straight into the right envelope.
Meeting types now have a price, and new bookings can be delivered as signed webhooks with retries.

In the Cloud you can sign in to the app with a passkey, and quickly with Face ID after that; a forgotten Cloud password can be reset right from the app.

A monthly limit for a spending category: the home screen shows how much is left, how many days it will last and the pace. You get a notification when you approach the threshold.
Your books can be kept in a base currency of your choice, such as US dollars: it is set once for a new book, and the display currency can be switched at any time.
You can create your Rivo in the Cloud right on the website: pick an address, confirm your email — and sign in with email and password.

A Self-host license does not expire: after the updates period ends the installation keeps working, only new versions stop coming.
